Community Programs

Northwest Baltimore Partnership
CHAI manages the Northwest Baltimore Partnership (NWBP), a cross-jurisdictional coalition of community associations, nonprofit organizations, businesses, government agencies, and faith-based institutions building value from Park Circle to Pikesville. NWBP is working to bring a coordinated effort to regional revitalization by capitalizing on opportunities for the public and private sectors to collaborate.
Fallstaff Multicultural Organizing Project
In collaboration with CASA de Maryland and the Fallstaff Improvement Association, CHAI's Fallstaff Multicultural Organizing Project achieves concrete improvements that make the neighborhood a better place to live by bridging cultural gaps, making it cleaner, safer, and healthier, supporting diverse residents and fostering active participation by residents in community-based activities.
