Northwest Baltimore Partnership

CHAI manages the Northwest Baltimore Partnership (NWBP), a cross-jurisdictional coalition of community associations, nonprofit organizations, businesses, government agencies, and faith-based institutions building value from Park Circle to Pikesville. NWBP is working to bring a coordinated effort to regional revitalization by capitalizing on opportunities for the public and private sectors to collaborate.

CHAI's School Community Partnership Program

For over 25 years, CHAI has worked to strengthen the fabric of neighborhoods in northwest Baltimore by partnering with local public schools. CHAI established the School Community Partnership Program to support public schools and communities in northwest Baltimore by connecting schools with resources, programs and partners and providing technical assistance to schools and community associations.

Fallstaff Multicultural Organizing Project

In collaboration with the Fallstaff Improvement Association, CHAI's Fallstaff Multicultural Organizing Project achieves concrete improvements that make the neighborhood a better place to live by bridging cultural gaps, making it cleaner, safer, and healthier, supporting diverse residents and fostering active participation by residents in community-based activities.
