WOODLAND GARDENS I
New affordable multi-family housing in Park Heights, where modern living meets the tranquility of nature. CHAI's Senior Living Communities
CHAI’s Senior Living Communities were developed to provide quality, service-enriched affordable housing to low-income seniors. The buildings offer a social and community-oriented environment for independent seniors 62+ and disabled residents under 62. CHAI's Senior Living Communities are managed by our partner, The Franklin Johnston Group.
CHAI's Affordable Family Housing
CHAI's affordable family housing in Fallstaff provides residents access to bright and roomy apartments and convenient neighborhood amenities. The CHAI-Fallstaff Apartments, a 16-unit rental community serves low-income residents. Four of the 16 units are reserved for residents with disabilities and are ADA compliant.

Disability Housing
CHAI offers affordable, quality housing that enables low-income adults diagnosed with chronic mental illness to live independent, self-sufficient lives in single-gender shared houses. CHAI's disability housing is managed by our partner, Heritage Housing Corporation.
