CHAI Loan Program Welcomes New Applicants
CHAI is thrilled to announce the official relaunch of our Home Loan Program, with the opening of applications for the Home Improvement Loan and Energy Savings Loan! These updated loan products will help homeowners in northwest Baltimore renovate their homes and improve energy efficiency in a cost-effective way. With our newly digitized loan application, community members can more easily apply for these loans to enhance their homes. We invite you to check out the new loan pages on CHAI’s website, where you can find detailed information on each loan, including qualifying projects and eligibility requirements. If you are interested in applying, we encourage you to join our mailing list to receive more information about the application process. Additionally, stay tuned for our updated Homebuyer Assistance Loan, set to launch in early 2025, which will help buyers with closing costs to make buying a home in CHAI’s service area more attainable.
