Tiffany Nicolette Appointed Vice President of CHAI’s Aging in Community Division
It is with great pleasure CHAI announces the selection of Tiffany Nicolette as Vice President, Aging in Community, effective January 21, 2019. Tiffany has been working collaboratively with CHAI for 2 ½ years as the Director of Resident Services for Edgewood Management. In this capacity, she has been overseeing a team of 10 Resident Service Coordinators who work in our Weinberg Senior Living buildings. Tiffany has built true collaboration among the service coordination team and has helped the team to grow their impact on our 1,600 senior residents. In her capacity as Director of Resident Services, she continually has been a valuable member of the Aging in Community team. In July 2018, Tiffany stepped up to lead our Senior Home Repair & Benefits team, along with her work in building services coordination. Previously, Tiffany has worked at The Shelter Group, CSI Support & Development, the SPCA of Anne Arundel County and the Muscular Dystrophy Association, holding various roles in programs, marketing, development and resident services. Tiffany has a BFA from Shepherd University and expects to graduate with her Masters of Aging Services Management from the UMBC Erickson School in December of next year.
Tiffany brings energy, creativity, knowledge and commitment to everything she does here. We are incredibly lucky to have her step into this role and lead CHAI to developing greater impact on our older neighbors.
