Survey Results Show High Satisfaction Among Residents
For close to four decades, CHAI has been providing safe and affordable housing for seniors. While CHAI’s independent senior living communities have received top management ratings from HUD for years, we recognize that resident satisfaction may be the most important indicator of our success. So, we made ensuring the quality of residents’ experiences a priority in our 2020 strategic plan. CHAI has received the results of its first annual resident satisfaction survey conducted through an independent benchmarking tool, and we are pleased to report that the results show high levels of satisfaction. Several of our buildings scored in the superior range overall, with most residents saying they are very likely to renew their lease, and over 85% indicating they would recommend their residence to a friend.
