CHAI’s dedicated staff is working hard to keep the 1,600 residents of our independent senior communities safe. Properties are sanitized and community spaces are closed. The service coordination team is conducting wellness checks via phone to ensure the residents have the food, medication and household supplies they need and supplying them when there is a need. Our team is also making check-in calls to over 60 building staff members. We are establishing protocols for the eventuality of illness and are prepared to respond in the safest way possible to protect the older adults we serve.
