From CHAI’s development of the multi-generational Woodland Gardens campus and Weinberg Place renovation to projects funded through the Northwest Baltimore Partnership like the transit-oriented development at Cold Spring Lane, the expansion of Park West Health System’s facilities, and the renewal of Edgecombe Park, to the installation of a brand-new playground at Fallstaff Elementary Middle School, it is clear that Park Heights is on the rise.
