Join Us in Celebrating the Myerberg Center’s Golden Anniversary

September 10, 2026

Since 1976, the Myerberg Center has evolved alongside the older community members it serves. It began as the Northwest Senior Center, a small storefront on Reisterstown Road. Over the last 50 years, it has grown into the Edward A. Myerberg Center, a vibrant 20,000-square-foot community hub on Fallstaff Road. Today, the Myerberg offers 80+ programs each week, a state-of-the-art fitness center, sun-filled art studios, lifelong learning opportunities, and countless ways to connect for nearly 1,000 members. As a program of CHAI since 2016, the Myerberg has evolved beyond a traditional senior center, offering innovative programs and activities, and access to a broad network of services that support older adults as they age in community. While much has changed over the last 50 years, our mission has remained the same: to inspire healthy aging through wellness, creativity, and connection. As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, we invite you to join us for A Golden Evening next month on October 22 from 5-8 pm at the Center. Get tickets or donate here!
