Join Us for a Pimlico Redevelopment Update on July 15
The Pimlico Community Advisory Board (PCAB) is a community-led board of dedicated leaders representing the neighborhoods surrounding the Pimlico Race Course. Formed in 2020 after a series of neighborhood meetings hosted by CHAI, PCAB has met monthly for over five years to follow the redevelopment process closely and ensure community voice is present at every step. Now, as construction is set to begin, PCAB is excited to host a public meeting open to all who live, work, play, or pray in Park Heights. Attendees will receive the latest project updates, including a special presentation from the Maryland Stadium Authority highlighting the redesigned site plans. This is a pivotal moment in a project that promises to bring meaningful, long-term investment to northwest Baltimore. CHAI is proud to serve on the PCAB, helping ensure the community will benefit from this once-in-a-generation investment. We hope you’ll join us for this important and exciting event.
