Exciting News for Park Heights!
CHAI is thrilled to announce that financing has been secured for the development of Woodland Gardens I, a 63-unit affordable family housing property to be built on Park Heights Avenue. Woodland Gardens I will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and feature communal spaces that include an outdoor garden, a playground and a multipurpose room. Construction will commence soon on the site that sits adjacent to Woodland Gardens II, CHAI’s senior housing project that is nearing completion. Together, these properties will create an exciting intergenerational housing community providing quality, affordable housing with proximity to services and amenities. CHAI is honored to expand our family housing portfolio and bring important investment to the Park Heights community and northwest Baltimore.
