CHAI Welcomes Three New Employees

Jeffrey Arenberg has joined the CHAI team as CHAIway Program Manager, bringing extensive experience in volunteer recruitment and program development. In his new role, Jeff will oversee CHAIway On The Go, which provides subsidized Uber and Lyft rides for older adults. He will also focus on revitalizing and expanding the CHAIway volunteer driver program, ensuring greater mobility and independence for the community’s older residents.

Kenneth Hobbs has joined the CHAI team as Loan Program Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in customer service and mortgage lending. He is committed to expanding and enhancing CHAI’s loan program, ensuring it effectively supports the community’s housing needs. In addition to working with potential and existing borrowers, Kenny will focus on strategic marketing and outreach to strengthen the program’s impact and accessibility.

Clare Walston has joined our team as Office & Housing Administrator. Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, her cheerful and welcoming demeanor has already enhanced the office environment. With valuable administrative experience in fast-paced settings, she provides essential support to the Community Housing team, including the housing counseling team and loan program, while also assisting the entire CHAI staff.
