With over 18 years of housing counseling experience, Stephanie specializes in credit and money management, foreclosure prevention, and working with first-time homeowners. She also advocates for affordable housing initiatives, renters’ rights, and supports older adults to age in place. Stephanie’s passion for helping people attain and sustain homeownership in Baltimore is sure to enhance our services. As a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, CHAI provides resources and services to homeowners, first-time homebuyers, and renters in Baltimore City and County.
