CHAI’s Homeownership team works to sustain thriving neighborhoods in northwest Baltimore through homebuyer education and counseling. CHAI also works to keep the community strong by assisting current homeowners at risk of mortgage default through foreclosure prevention counseling. In response to the growing need for homeownership services, CHAI has brought on Stephanie Davis as Housing Counseling Program Manager to lead a skilled and dedicated Homeownership team. Stephanie brings with her over 20 years combined experience in housing counseling, mortgage lending and community engagement in Baltimore.
