CHAI Welcomes Meghan Clarke and Fred Haag
Meghan Clarke recently joined CHAI’s Housing and Services team as Asset Manager. She will work closely with third party management to ensure the long-term viability of CHAI’s affordable housing portfolio. Meghan has her BA from Towson and her MBA from the University of Maryland and comes to us from a local commercial real estate firm, bringing with her experience in property development and management.
Fred Haag joins our team as a Senior Home Repair Technician. Fred is a master carpenter with over 25 years of experience working in both commercial and residential settings. Skilled in all aspects of carpentry, from framing to custom millwork and full home renovations, Fred will serve clients through the BCAUSE, HUBS and CHAI’s Senior Home Repair programs.
