CHAI is pleased to welcome Gail Daniels, a proud native Baltimorean who brings a lifelong passion for service and a deep commitment to community well-being to her new role as the Resident Services & Compliance Coordinator. Gail has built a career defined by advocacy, empathy, and excellence with a strong foundation in customer service. Her professional journey also includes extensive experience in patient coordination, community health outreach, and resident support services at CHAI’s Weinberg Place. Gail’s background in property management further enhances her ability to bridge communication, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality support to residents and staff alike. Gail is dedicated to fostering an environment where residents feel heard, supported, and empowered, making this new position a natural fit for her.
