CHAI Welcomes Devellon Foots and Juan Nance
Devellon Foots joins our team as Senior Accountant with over ten years of experience in accounting, concentrated in the real estate industry. Devellon also has experience in the biotech and construction industries. He is looking forward to working closely with CHAI’s CFO to support CHAI and Myerberg operations, in addition to our asset management and housing development work.
Juan Nance joined CHAI’s Community Development team as Community School Coordinator for Cross Country Elementary/Middle School (CCEMS). Juan comes with a unique and extensive background in community organizing and youth development. He has worked in a variety of leadership roles, from coaching to ministry. Juan will be working on-site at CCEMS to support the school.
