CHAI Welcomes Alisa Nelson to Our Housing Counseling Team
CHAI is excited to welcome Alisa Nelson to our professional team as a Housing Counselor. With over 10 years working in nonprofits serving as a housing specialist, Alisa brings a wealth of knowledge, having supported renters in securing Section 8 housing. Alisa is currently finishing her HUD certification and will soon begin working directly with community members to offer expert, personalized support through all stages of their housing journey, from rental counseling to homebuyer readiness to advocating for homeowners who may be facing the loss of their homes.
