Celebrating Community at the Myerberg Center

On Sunday, November 2, the Edward A. Myerberg Center was buzzing with creativity and community. Over 500 people attended the Myerberg’s 4th annual Fall Craft Fair to shop the creations of over 60 local artisans. From handmade jewelry to home decor, paintings, and crocheted animals, it was the perfect way to support small businesses and get a head start on holiday shopping. Even better than the beautiful crafts were the lively conversations among attendees who ran into old friends and met new ones, enjoying time together on a beautiful fall day. Next week, the Myerberg will turn its focus to honoring service and sacrifice at its 9th annual Veterans Day Celebration on November 11. Organized by a volunteer committee of six veteran Myerberg members, this heartfelt event will feature a presentation of colors by Franklin High School students and performances by Voices for Vets. It’s a moment for the community to gather and pay tribute to those who’ve served with courage. Both events reflect what makes the Myerberg Center so special: a welcoming space where people come together to celebrate, support, and strengthen our community. To learn more, visit www.myerberg.org
