Affordable Housing Opportunities for All
In addition to a portfolio of sixteen multi-family affordable housing communities, CHAI owns and oversees the operation of six homes for adults living with chronic mental illness. CHAI’s HOPED program (Housing for People with Disabilities) offers affordable, quality housing that helps low-income adults with mental illness live independently in the community. Each house is shared by up to four residents of the same gender and offers both private and shared amenities. Through our management company, Heritage Housing Partners, CHAI works collaboratively with service providers to ensure residents’ success. There are units available for immediate occupancy.
