Our counselors provide guidance to prevent foreclosure and eviction by helping you navigate complex processes including forbearance, mortgage modifications and explaining renters rights. There is no cost for these services.

In the event that a homeowner is not able to retain the home, CHAI’s counselor will provide transition support or a referral to other agencies that might be able to offer further assistance.
