CHAI works with three neighborhood schools (Cross Country Elementary & Middle School, Fallstaff Elementary & Middle School, and Northwestern High School,) through the Northwest School Community Partnership (NWSCP,) a coalition that includes local government, school principals, and PTA’s. CHAI advocates on behalf of the schools to increase public and private funding to enhance the safety, education, and recreational opportunities for neighborhood school children.

Currently, CHAI is working closely with Cross Country Elementary & Middle School on a special initiative to enhance and strengthen CCEMS’s technology offerings and  implement a school-wide Technology Integration Program, a progressive education project that will train students in real world technology. This has been made possible through a school-community partnership grant from the Goldseker Foundation.

CHAI  is committed to supporting our neighborhood schools in every way possible. School partnerships, advocacy and strong relationships with school administrators make the schools of Northern Park Heights stimulating and fun places for students to learn and grow.
