Financial Literacy Initiative
In partnership with Jewish Community Services, and Maryland Cash Academy, CHAI presents a two-part financial education series focusing on budgeting and credit repair. The sessions will take place at Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC3506 Gwynnbrook Avenue, Owings Mills, MD Room 229.

CHAI offers homebuyer workshops, individual pre-purchase homebuyer counseling and low-interest loans that can be used for down payments, settlement expenses and/or home renovations. CHAI can also help first-time homebuyers qualify at banks for mortgages and special incentives through city, state ad federal lender programs.
